You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, build brand awareness, and create strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Your Mission

Creatе a bold digital presence for the agency that strengthens the brand, attracts the target audience, and showcases the team's expertise through case packaging, publications, and content strategies

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content plan across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.)
Package and present case studies and project results in a visually engaging and informative format
Collaborate with the project team to gather necessary materials, insights, and updates
Write compelling captions and create multimedia content to showcase the team’s work and achievements

Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and drive growth
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand presence fresh and effective
Strengthen brand awareness and loyalty through consistent and authentic communication

What We’re Looking For

Proven 3+ years experience as an SMM manager or similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies
Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Experience in packaging cases or working with design and content teams is a plus
Creative mindset and a passion for branding and digital marketing
