CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA TO PROVIDE ANSWER FOR THE REQUEST

Acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity, I hereby give my specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data to the V R T X GLOBAL NETWORK SERVICES L.L.C (Commercial license No 1083151, issued by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, U.A.E.) on the following terms:

  1. I give this Consent to the processing of my personal data both with the use of automation tools, and without their use.
  2. I give this Consent to the processing of the following my personal data that is not special or biometric: surname, first name; company; contact phone numbers; email addresses.
  3. I give this Consent for the cross-border transfer of personal data to any countries, as well as to the countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
  4. I give this Consent for the following purposes of personal data processing: providing an answer for my request at the site http://vertexcgi.com/.
  5. I am notified that the processing of personal data can be entrusted to other operators or processors.
  6. I am notified the following actions will be performed during the processing of personal data: collecting; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating; modification; use; blocking; deletion; destruction, provision, access.
  7. Personal data shall be processed for the period of 2 months or until I withdraw my consent.
  8. At the end of the processing period, personal data shall be destroyed.
  9. Consent to the processing of personal data is free, substantive, unambiguous, specific, informed and conscious.
  10. By issuing this consent, I confirm that I:
  • have read the Policy regarding the processing of personal data and agrees with it;
  • know the procedure and possible consequences of withdrawal of consent.
11. This Consent to the processing of personal data is valid until its withdrawal by sending a corresponding written application to hello@vertex.network.
