We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial team. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the sales team operates effectively and consistently meets revenue targets.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the agency’s growth trajectory by driving sales strategy, strengthening client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities.

Your Mission

To be the driving force behind a high-performing, goal-oriented sales department that delivers consistent results. You will guarantee the commercial team’s stability and success by setting clear goals, streamlining processes, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including high-level negotiations and presentations
  • Ensure sales targets and profit objectives are met or exceeded

Strategic Development
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the creative department to explore new services, sectors, and markets
Marketing & Positioning
  • Partner with the PR and branding teams to shape the agency’s market image
  • Represent the agency at key industry events, in publications, and at public speaking opportunities

Team Management
  • Lead and grow the sales team: hiring, motivating, coaching, and developing team members
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and performance
  • Ensure excellent client service and proper contract execution
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership
  • Oversee timely client payment collection and revenue tracking

What We’re Looking For

Proven 5+ years experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally in a marketing or creative agency
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Confident in high-stakes negotiations and public speaking
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
