We are looking for a Client Personal Manager (CPM) to be the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring seamless project execution and long-term relationship development.
You will oversee the entire client journey: from initial needs assessment to project delivery and payment collection — while driving repeat business and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating and understanding their business needs.
Stay updated on client events, upcoming campaigns, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations.
Collaborate with Creative Leads to develop tailored visual solutions for clients based on their needs.
Ensure clients feel supported and engaged through personalized outreach (congratulating them on milestones, sharing relevant insights, etc.).
Project Execution & Communication
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (finance, legal, production).
Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients on project progress, status updates, and any changes.
Work closely with producers, Creative Leads, and CG Supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
Address client feedback, revisions, and additional requests, ensuring they align with company goals.
Manage financial obligations, ensuring prepayments and post-payments are received on time.
New Client Acquisition & Lead Qualification (if needed)
Analyze incoming leads from the Sales Associate team to assess potential fit.
Conduct market research on prospective clients (website traffic, social media presence, past CGI experience).
Organize discovery calls, gather briefs, and qualify leads based on their upcoming needs and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present customized proposals.
Ensure legal and financial documentation is completed for smooth contract execution.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in client management, sales, or account management, preferably in CGI, creative production, or marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth client interactions.
Ability to analyze business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CGI, creative production, or digital marketing trends is a plus.
